Whether you're snowed in, going through a break up, or just had a long day, I promise this warm, vegan goulash will calm every nerve and bring you back to what really matters.

Life is tough enough battling Celiac or Candida. Life without our favorite Costco lemon poppy seed muffins makes it ten fold worse!! These perfectly moist, delicious, COMPLETELY SUGAR FREE, paleo, stevia sweetened muffins are simply an answered prayer. Perfect in size and calorie content (under 200 cal each) - eat 'em for breakie, snacks, or dessert. A little reminder that battling Celiac, Candida, diabetes, cancer or chronic illness doesn't mean dessert is out of the question... We just have to be creative.
